1. ​To book your appointment click the Booking tab.

2. Upon doing so, you may choose the service you'd like to book. 

3. Along with booking please give a brief description of what you'd like to accomplish with us at Jay Visualz Productions.

4. Deposits are Non-Refundable!

5. If you have to change your date or time please let me know immediately.

6. Late Fee: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your report time you will be charged a late fee.

7. Any additional edits beyond the package you chose upon booking will be $25 each.
